This video shows a way to balance the brain and nervous system simultaneously while tapping a statement. Today we're using, "I Choose Present Moment, Present Time." You can also use, "I am safe," or anything else positive that you need to anchor into your system. 
The video reversed my image so it's important to tap on the LEFT ear, not the right.
Make sure whatever statement you use, you keep saying it the whole time, from temporal lobe to jaw line.
