Last night I did a YouTube Live to help you receive healing and support from Angelic Helpers and your unseen team. It involved chakra healing and balancing, as well as healing of the emotional and mental bodies. Plus other fun stuff!
If you've felt the need to stop doing and simply receive extra support lately, I highly recommend you listen! YouTube Link

First of all, to everyone who joined live, in replay, or just in spirit last Thursday, Thank You!! As a sign of the magic working, the Palisades and Eaton fires are more contained, and there were incredible amounts of moisture in the air the following few days. That was some fast feedback on the energy work!
And here’s the thing- if your mind/negative ego wants to poo poo that and say the moisture would’ve come regardless, challenge that negativity. Because in truth, we went from full dry Thursday to wonderful moisture on Friday. That to me, is a miracle and worth celebrating. The more you celebrate the wins, the more wins there are to celebrate. With everything in your life!! (I’m going to do another live next week, different topic. Details will be after the blog!) ~ So- now to the blog that was slated for 2 weeks ago as it still holds true: While some people hit the ground running on New Year's, others may be experiencing a slower start to the year. Especially after the craziness of the holidays! In the northern hemisphere, winter is a time for hibernation and rest. It’s easier to recognize this for those getting hit with snow, but for those of us in warmer climates, we can forget that just because it's sunny, the resonance is still set for slow movements. If you feel super motivated right now, absolutely go with it. If you feel the need to take it easy and do nothing, know that you're matching the season. Maybe you have a mix- you have something you're excited to be starting now or soon, and simultaneously, as things are incubating, you're feeling the need for downtime and quiet. Beyond the season itself, from an Astrology perspective, Mars is retrograde until February, thus forward motion is stalled. Therefore, prepping behind the scenes but not taking active action may feel right for you. For some, Chinese New Year is when they feel the year really starting. And yet for others, Spring is when they truly blossom. There's not a single right or wrong way to do it. Simply honor your cadence. The key is to not feel pressure or guilt by how others are doing it. You know what works best for you so follow your rhythm and be your best authority. Trust your needs. That’s the perfect way to start the year! What I'm good at is energy work. I may not be one of those people who can show up as ground crew, helping and supporting that way, but I can work the energy, I can work the trauma, and I can work with the elements.
So, tomorrow, Thursday the 16th @ 5:30pm PST, I’m going live on my YouTube channel to guide you in energy work to help the fires, to help the people, and to call in the rain. Plus you’ll receive healing as well! We'll go even deeper than we did in the meditation I released last week. If you want to support Los Angeles energetically, and do not diminish the importance and value of that, join me tomorrow night. (The link will be at the bottom of the today's blog) It’ll be recorded and available on my YouTube channel for those who can’t make it live! Now to this week’s blog… It's been an emotional roller-coaster being in LA. I'm sure many of you who’ve had to deal with hurricanes, floods, or tornadoes understand the impact of trauma that is palpably felt. Everyone I've talked to feels tense and anxious- because the fires aren't contained yet. The uncertainty is very disconcerting. We live a few blocks away from where the mandatory evacuation area was last Wednesday with the fire in Hollywood. It's very surreal to pack up a car when you don't know if it'll be the last time you see your home. My heart goes out to those who didn't have the luxury of being able to run through and grab what was most valuable to them. When you do have that time, you recognize that it's the sentimental things that you grab first. What matters comes into sharp focus. A bunch of my readers have lost their homes and it’s heartbreaking. And in that, I want to remind everybody that the most powerful thing you can do for somebody going through a tragedy, and this extends beyond just what's happening right now in LA, is to simply hold space for them. To allow them to be in all their emotions and not offer advice and not try to make it better. Ask how you can best support them right now. Because that's a powerful question. And they may not know, so you listen and let them talk or not talk. Many people have expressed to me that they feel like they're not doing enough, or they wish they could do more. Everyone does what's right for them and don't underestimate simply sending love or holding the intention of miraculous rain. Sending the bubble of rose-pink light I guided you through last week, to the firefighters and those impacted. Any bit of positive focus is phenomenally powerful. Don't feed into any blame or finger-pointing. Don't add fuel to rage. Simply be in compassion. I know that's hard because many people would rather go to blame than feel the pain, but yet that's the way through any crisis, is to acknowledge and release the grief and pain. Wrapping everyone in love and healing, no matter where you live! YouTube Live Link This is a very different blog than what I was expecting to send today. But given the state of Los Angeles (for those not in the area, there are two major fires burning and two smaller ones), many of you are feeling the threat from the winds and fires and have been evacuated. I want to take a moment to do group energy work.
The beauty is, what we’re about to do, anyone can do regardless of where you live. We’re all connected, and intention is extremely influential. Plus, you’ll be healing yourself in the process. All you need is your imagination and desire to assist. So, if you're so inclined, put your hands over your heart. (There's an audio version below if you prefer to be guided) Begin to breathe in and out in equal measure. Meaning if you inhale to a 3 count, exhale to a 3 count. Now focus on someone or something you love. Keep breathing and let that love amplify your heart energy. Begin to send that love towards all of those negatively impacted by the fires. With every inhale, fill yourself with love and with every exhale, send it to those in need. Don’t worry about where it’s going, as I said above, just hold the intention. Shift your attention to yourself and acknowledge your own inner fire and passion. As you focus on your breathing, ask those energies to come into balance within you. Now imagine a beautiful cooling blue light settling over all of Los Angeles, especially the areas in and around both the Pacific Palisades and Pasadena. Imagine that blue light is like water, cooling the rage of the fires. See moisture coming from the ocean to create actual water. Ask for your own inner water to be balanced. Water represents emotions, so imagine soothing and calming your own emotions right now. Now visualize the winds dissipating and calming. Since the wind represents freedom and personal power, breathe in and siphon some of that energy towards yourself and allow it to amplify your own inner freedom and your own personal power. Inhale the power of the wind and exhale it down through your body and into the planet so you can ground it and use it to your benefit. So that there’s less chaos in Los Angeles and more power able to be used for you. Feel the earth below your feet and ask it to further ground out of you and out of the areas affected, anything else that needs releasing. Feel your feet sinking into the planet and feel the slow, steady rhythm of the planet. Let it ground any chaos out of the land and out of you. As that’s grounded out, see those that have been misplaced surrounded in beautiful rose pink bubbles of compassion and support. Allow that beautiful pink light to be filled with golden sparkles as well, to rain into everyone who is currently in fear and being evacuated as I write. Imagine the fires are being contained and stopping their spread, as if we can literally put a wall around them. Visualize those walls now. Now release all focus on Los Angeles and come back to yourself. Feel your feet on the ground, feel your whole body. Rub your arms and legs. Fill yourself with Divine radiant golden light that streams through the top of your head, filling every cell in your body. Fill your body and energy field with this Divine golden light. Make sure you drink water as well to replenish yourself. This process can be altered and used for those who are getting hit with snowstorms on the East Coast. As we balance ourselves, we can bring more balance to the world. Thank you for your love and participation! If you prefer a guided audio of the above, here you go: |
