As many of you have noticed, the energy in the world has felt amped up this past week. There’s a lot of noise, both energetically, and in our physical realities.
Noise can show as literal sound and arguments/conflicts, or as over-active thoughts or emotions. Many of you have expressed feeling hyper-sensitive, raw, exhausted, and experiencing old wounds surfacing. I definitely think something is going on beyond the scenes- meaning energy shifts in the ethers- and on a physical reality level, there are a couple things going on: 1-This is a time of transition for many. We’re shifting from summer to fall, from vacations to school schedules. A lot of people are kicking and screaming at that shift, wanting summer to last forever. In that resistance, the energy of “lack” can get stirred up- feeling like there’s not enough time, time is moving too fast, or like you have to hustle to adjust to a new routine. All of that can leave you feeling irritable and ungrounded, even if it’s not happening directly in your personal reality. 2-The weather. There’s been an increase recently in solar flares, heat waves, plus the hurricane that’s about to hit the Caribbean. All the extreme weather is stirring up intense amounts of electromagnetic energy, which can also be noisy in your energy field and knock you out. The antidote to all of it is grounding yourself in present time. Either do the deep grounding meditation I have on YouTube (here) if you want something meditative, or be outside, sitting on the Earth, hugging a tree, walking in nature. Something very rooting. If you’re feeling the effects of the electromagnetic energy, make sure you correct your electromagnetic point (here), and grounding will help. You can also release fear that’s trapped in the body (here). Gentleness with yourself goes a long way. Pause, recalibrate, and do some deep breathing or chanting to soothe your vagus nerve and any fight, flight, or freeze that’s activated (Nervous system technique here). Ultimately, this too shall pass, and in the meantime, stay rooted in your truth and your body, not the noise. That’s where your power is.

After an eye doctor appointment recently, my eyes were so dilated that going outside and being in the light was painful. Full body painful.
It reminded me of when I go into the dark place (previous blog) to help pull out a Soul fragment or do a Soul retrieval. In that place, I have to open the Soul very gently to the light, in micro increments. Too much light right away is extremely painful. It’s the same when you shift out of a really low frequency into a lighter one. Meaning, if you’ve been living in despair or grief or rage, you can't jump right into happiness. It's too much of a leap for your system. It could even cause shame (pain) if you tried because it would be inauthentic and impossible to maintain. In 2020, I wrote about The Ladder of Emotions and how to truthfully move from constricting emotions, into expansive ones. Since it’s been coming up a lot lately in sessions, the blog asked to be revisited. If you're looking for a technique to support emotional processing and vibrational healing, click here to read. Because sometimes, the most loving thing we can do for ourselves, is to climb slowly. Lately, this theme keeps coming up—in sessions, in the membership, even in my own life: how do you show up when you walk into a space?
Are you showing up as the version of you shaped by old beliefs and self-talk that leads to shrinking or timidity? Or as the version you’re becoming—the one who walks in empowered and fully owning their worth? I know it may sound like semantics, but I don't think it's a matter of fake it till you make it. Because the “fake” part will be felt by others. It’s like putting on airs versus being in a new truth. There's a subtle difference between showing up in more of your personal power, rather than pretending. Sometimes the pretending works, however, the body doesn’t lie. Energy doesn’t lie. You want to embody the empowerment first. So, how does one do that? There’s a brilliant TED talk from Anne Cuddy that I originally posted in 2019 (Link Here). Her research showed that if you stand in the Wonder Woman/Superman pose regularly, you begin to alter how you show up in the world. We usually work inside out- beliefs to body- but this is a case for working from the outside in, with phenomenal impact. Because it physiologically and psychologically creates a change. Try it, stand in the Wonder Woman/Superman pose for a minute. 30 seconds starts the shift, at the minute mark, you can feel the difference taking root. Stay there for as long as you need to walk confidently into whatever it is you need to do. Your power isn’t in the proving, it’s in the presence. Stand in it and watch your world transform. |
