Sessions are done over the phone. I can connect with you wherever you are. There is no time and space in healing.
No matter the option you choose, anything can be worked on, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual in nature. From conflicts, places you're stuck, to cutting cords, or clearing past lives that may be affecting you in the present, nothing is out of bounds. I explain to you everything I am psychically seeing and hearing, in order to include you in the process. I then move energy to shift the issue. This energy shift not only begins the healing process, but it aids in activating everyone's innate ability to heal themselves.
I also work as a relay medium, connecting you with loved ones who have passed away.
Individual Session:
Issues of the moment, things that have arisen that need clearing or insights.

Spiritual Coaching package:
This is for more intensive, acute or long term issues. We'll do a deep dive into a specific issue- the limiting beliefs, nervous system responses, and all blockages: emotional, genetic, past lives etc, to release what's going on and come out the other side of it more empowered and free.
This is a more tailored way to work, with tools to help you when we're not speaking.
There is an 8 or 12 session option.

Spiritual consulting:
This is for the client who wants much more full access to me for insights, tools, techniques, clearing,
and assistance with all the issues that come up in daily living.
This involves a monthly retainer.

Energy work is like peeling an onion. There are layers. Sometimes an issue is resolved immediately and sometimes, if there are a lot of negative beliefs or blocks attached to an issue, it takes time. The amount and frequency of sessions is up to each individual and varies greatly. Trust yourself to know what you need.
