In addition to all of the chaos I’ve been speaking of, I need to also mention the extremely high levels of negativity right now. We are being bombarded by negativity in the news and on social media; it can get overwhelming and contribute to anxiety and feeling overloaded.
It is imperative to take care of yourself right now. I’m going to sound like a broken record, but disconnect from anything negative, take time to be in nature, meditate more, and step away and pause as I told you a few weeks ago.
The level of stress out there requires that you give extra love and support to your immune system. Whatever you can do to support yourself physically, will augment the ways you support yourself emotionally.
