What I'm good at is energy work. I may not be one of those people who can show up as ground crew, helping and supporting that way, but I can work the energy, I can work the trauma, and I can work with the elements.
So, tomorrow, Thursday the 16th @ 5:30pm PST, I’m going live on my YouTube channel to guide you in energy work to help the fires, to help the people, and to call in the rain. Plus you’ll receive healing as well! We'll go even deeper than we did in the meditation I released last week. If you want to support Los Angeles energetically, and do not diminish the importance and value of that, join me tomorrow night. (The link will be at the bottom of the today's blog) It’ll be recorded and available on my YouTube channel for those who can’t make it live! Now to this week’s blog… It's been an emotional roller-coaster being in LA. I'm sure many of you who’ve had to deal with hurricanes, floods, or tornadoes understand the impact of trauma that is palpably felt. Everyone I've talked to feels tense and anxious- because the fires aren't contained yet. The uncertainty is very disconcerting. We live a few blocks away from where the mandatory evacuation area was last Wednesday with the fire in Hollywood. It's very surreal to pack up a car when you don't know if it'll be the last time you see your home. My heart goes out to those who didn't have the luxury of being able to run through and grab what was most valuable to them. When you do have that time, you recognize that it's the sentimental things that you grab first. What matters comes into sharp focus. A bunch of my readers have lost their homes and it’s heartbreaking. And in that, I want to remind everybody that the most powerful thing you can do for somebody going through a tragedy, and this extends beyond just what's happening right now in LA, is to simply hold space for them. To allow them to be in all their emotions and not offer advice and not try to make it better. Ask how you can best support them right now. Because that's a powerful question. And they may not know, so you listen and let them talk or not talk. Many people have expressed to me that they feel like they're not doing enough, or they wish they could do more. Everyone does what's right for them and don't underestimate simply sending love or holding the intention of miraculous rain. Sending the bubble of rose-pink light I guided you through last week, to the firefighters and those impacted. Any bit of positive focus is phenomenally powerful. Don't feed into any blame or finger-pointing. Don't add fuel to rage. Simply be in compassion. I know that's hard because many people would rather go to blame than feel the pain, but yet that's the way through any crisis, is to acknowledge and release the grief and pain. Wrapping everyone in love and healing, no matter where you live! YouTube Live Link
