The 5th Chakra is all about communication- speaking your truth, being heard, & being self-expressed.

It may seen ironic that your card is all about listening & sacred silence given that your 5th Chakra needs clearing. However, the most powerful thing we can do is tune inwards and hear and communicate with ourselves first and foremost.

Focus on your throat area daily and fill it with blue light, the light of that chakra. Imagine it opening like a lotus flower to receive the healing of that blue light.
