You remember you now have a process for calming anxiety and fear, the antidote to anxiety, as well as an EFT script to alleviate a crisis.
 
You’re beginning to release self-judgment and your judgments of others to create a more beautiful reality.
 
You’re experiencing greater presence by using techniques to calm your nervous system and engage your senses.
 
You’re raising your resonance with an appreciation meditation, understanding that rest is love, and doing inner child healing.
 
You recognize that time is an illusion, and that you can make a powerful decision in how you see the world.
 
You’re more of a conduit for The Light and owning the power of your light to connect with your Soul.
