In the spirit of tomorrow, let’s talk about gratitude.
It can be easy to say what you’re grateful for, and that’s a great start, however, to make it even more effective, add feeling to your gratitude list. Let it open your heart. Expand upon that opening and move into appreciation. Allow yourself to name what in that person/experience you appreciate greatly. Gratitude is an expansive energy; the more you focus on it, the more of it there is to be grateful for. Appreciation brings in the heart. The more you open your heart and flow that energy, the more appreciation returns to you. Both are abundant energies, and both bring forth more abundance. We’re now in Sagittarius season (Yay!) which is all about aiming for the stars and feeling abundance in the world around you. So, take a moment to do the exercise in the first paragraph and let that open you to new and amazing things. And as the topic is gratitude, I wanted to take a moment and say how grateful I am to you all for showing up, for reading my blog posts, for what you write to me personally, and what you post. I value and appreciate you greatly!!! ~ It’s my birthday Saturday, I love birthdays! Huge shout out to all my clients who share my birthday week with me, there are one or two of you everyday from Nov. 23rd to Dec 1st. My birthday wish for everyone reading this, is that you find peace in your heart, in your mind, and in your life regardless of whatever chaos is going on outside of you and in the world. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

I finally got my full set of Oracle Cards back so naturally, decks that had been quiet all year were chomping at the bit to be used!
Sometimes when I do the Oracle pulls, there’s a theme running through the cards. And sometimes, like this week, they are completely different from each other. So really take the time to ask your question or what you need guidance on, before you choose. If you always go to a specific number, don’t just automatically go there. Center yourself, breathe, get out of your head, trust your gut, then pick. Happy picking and may your number bring you clarity and insight! Card Number One Card Number Two Card Number Three Card Number Four Our bodies are made up of 60% water. If you’ve ever seen the images Dr. Masaru Emoto took of water, you know that what you say to water changes it. So, what are you saying to the water within yourself? *
If you’ve spent a lifetime saying you’re not good enough or you don’t matter, you need to filter that water through a new sieve, one that says, “I am good enough and I do matter!” This needs to be a concerted effort; how you speak to yourself affects every molecule. Water is a building material for the cells, it flushes toxins, it lubricates joints, and it’s a shock absorber for the brain and spinal cord. Take a moment and feel gratitude for every water molecule in your body. This week, take that a step further and start speaking to the water inside of you. Send that water love. Send it appreciation. Even if you can’t quite love or appreciate yourself fully, send those energies to your internal water and all it does for you. As you do so, those blessings begin to change your whole system for the better, bringing you greater radiance. Transform yourself through the water within. *Credit to Eileen McKusick for sharing this idea. Reprieve, respite, relaxation…
When the chaos gets crazy or when you’ve had an extended period of doing, you need to give yourself permission to pull back and rest. Give yourself permission to stop, even if there’s a lot to do. Only in the respite can you regroup and re-center. Only in the relaxation can you refill your energy and your capacity to think clearly. Only in the reprieve can you pause and be. Allow yourself these energies to bring about greater presence and well-being. |
